Dr. Kolade Adepoju is a versatile entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience. A Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), he is the MD/CEO of Riel Homes, addressing housing challenges across Nigeria, Africa, and beyond — with numerous estates in Nigeria and upcoming developments in prestigious locations like Ikoyi, Lagos. He also founded ACOLEAD Communications, serving multinationals and top government agencies in brand management.
A West Africa Youth Ambassador and recipient of the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award for Excellence and Integrity, Kolade has been featured in over 100 media publications and shares his expertise on real estate, business, and leadership on major national and international TV platforms.
He holds a B.Tech in Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), studied Brand Management at the University of London, has completed professional courses at institutions like Lagos Business School, and received an Honorary Doctorate in Project Management from the Chartered Institute of Public Resource Management and Politics, Ghana.
His passion for mentoring led him to establish KAMP — the non-profit through which he pours that experience into the next generation. He is happily married to Damilola Adepoju, and they are blessed with two sons, David and Jason, and a daughter, Queen Esther.
